You handle shipping directly. We recommend using reliable courier services and providing tracking information to buyers. Set your shipping rates and processing time in your seller dashboard.

What fees do sellers pay?

Sellers keep 80-85% of each sale depending on your plan. There are no listing fees for handmade products—only a small commission when you make a sale.

How do I get paid?

Payments are processed to your connected bank account or mobile money wallet weekly. Minimum payout is $25.

Can I offer custom orders?

Yes! Handmade sellers can enable custom order requests. Buyers can message you with specific requirements, and you can quote a custom price.
